Amazon.com: B-Nergetics Forskolin 250mg - 20% Coleus Forskohlii - 60 Veggie Capsules: Health

Forskolin is a much ballyhooed herbal supplement, that weightlifters and people looking to lose fat are starting to use. Even though its recently become so popular, the herb has been used since ancient times for many different ailments. Its clinically shown to reduce high blood pressure. (So I wouldn't take double or triple doses, hoping for a quicker result.) The medical test that concerns me, was a peer reviewed study, that proved this herb increases testosterone levels, and brought about greater bone density, an increase in lean muscle mass, and fat loss. Other herbs claim this same benefit, like Tributus, however, Forskolin has been proven to accomplish this. (If you check Wikipedia, you can get linked to the test.) B-Nergetics FORSKOLIN has 250mg per serving, a standardized extract so you know you're getting an active ingredient that will produce a result. I've seen UToob videos claiming that their company has the only "real" Forskolin, and their proof that their product is real, is their price.....$40 a bottle. (If you pay less than that, its fake Forskolin they claimed. I'm sure people believe that too.) Forskolin isn't exactly rare, so of course it wouldn't need to cost that much.

Does it work to lose weight? People who take caffeine stimulants, or diuretics, will lose water weight quickly. In fact, you can lose 5 pounds overnight, if you don't mind an overactive bladder, and dehydration. But that isn't real weight loss. Most people are looking for fat loss, or to turn fat into muscle. This is at best a slow process, and if you can create a change of 3 pounds of fat into 3 pounds of muscle in a month, that's really great. It takes weight baring exercise, cardio, and proper high protein low carb diets to do this. FORSKOLIN will help the process. However, if you think you take a bottle of pills, and stick to a poor diet and low activity level, then wake up one day laying in a gooey puddle of 40 pounds of rendered fat that sweated thru your skin overnight, you're dreaming. My thoughts are that herbal treatments, restore a more youthful production of hormones in your body. That will allow your body to burn fat like a younger person, and build muscle like a younger person too. I used B-Nergtics MALE ENHANSEMENT supplement, with FORSKOLIN. I noticed an increase in my lifts, and less flabbiness on my body. Really noticeable results shouldn't be expected for at least 2-3 months. The slow, natural loss of weight seems to the weight that stays off. A proper diet and sustainable exercise plan makes much more sense, than crash diets and over training. I also noticed an increase in libido with this product. So I do believe it increases your hormones. I cant think of any other reason, since this spiked when I started to take FORSKOLIN and the MALE ENHANCEMENT.
