Libidio threw the roof like my wife had any complaints about that. Stamina in and out of the gym was great as well and noticable increase. Strength increases all the way around hit countless PRs. I also packed on 7 lbs of muscle as well. I fell 1 lb short of my goal of 235.

Now for the negatives....I did not notice any other then some very minor acne when it first started kicking in. It did go away about the 3rd week in.

stamina 9.5/10

Overall I am gonna give B-Nergetics a 9.7/10 total rating

May 24, 2015 For me personally I have tried Maca,panax ginseng, and zinc, , and l-arginine, with so-so results, the 5th ingredient is tongcat ali, which, for me has worked, the tongcat ali I bought was the only ingredient in the tablets. Perhaps with all 5 ingredients together form a synergetic effect that increases the effectiveness of each. I will update after the bottle is completely empty. There are 60 tablets and 2 tablets a day are recommended by the manufacturer, B-Nergetics an up and coming supplement manufacturer. I will post 4 stars now and after the bottles empty I will update.


The facility it is manufactured is in an FDA approved facility and this has gotten the GMP, good manufacturing practices approval. I don't think you'll find many supplement companies that can match up. Also made in USA stamp certainly does not hurt it.
UPDATE-June 17, 2015 I have faithfully taken this product now for almost 30 days and O have noticed a slight increase in lean muscle love handles and under my biceps, most notably. This is not from the placebo effect by is true, therefore I am increasing the rating to 5 stars from 4, and I will buy another bottle to see if this continues. There has been no adverse side effects at all and I am curious as to what the second bottle will help me accomplish, I do exercise moderately and walk daily, which I have done for a long time the only difference right now is the male . I hope people that read my initial review will go back and see this update.
