WTF??? New Bentley EXP 9 F Revealed

 WHAT WE SAY ABOUT IT?
FIRST WE'VE ALL ASKED: WHAT THE F.. IS THAT?!!...
LET ME REPHRASE:
... What is the Bentley EXP 9 F?
It is reasonable to assume that this monster is a 'sleek saloon' or a 'curvy coupé'. But no. It is, in fact, a four-wheel-drive mud plunger similar to the Range Rover and Porsche Cayenne. That makes it a radical departure for its manufacture, that clearly wants to expand its portfolio into new markets.
Facts for you... the Bentley EXP 9 F will be launched in 2015 - probably with a catchier name. It is powered by a 6.0-litre W12 engine, that is teamed with eight-speed automatic transmission. Top speed is in the region of 185mph, and the race to 62mph takes around five seconds. Smaller engines might be available too, including a 4.0-litre V8 and a hybrid.
Puzzle for you... how does Bentley craft such magnificent interiors? The rear armrest, for example, conceals a cooled wine compartment. Sorry, 'champagne' compartment. This complements the luxurious leather seats that have a striking quilted effect. Furthermore, rear passengers choose from 'business mode' that includes a keyboard and internet access, or the more 'relaxed' arrangement with powered foot stalls, entertainment screens, and drinks tables. This Bentley four-wheel-drive is clearly fantastic.

But, what is going on in the car industry? Things are clearly changing , if the top manufacturers are starting to make this moves, like Bentley with this Suv-Limo-Whatever and Lamborghini  with its 4 door Estoque. We can only assume that this crisis made them take a new approach, and I can only see this as a good thing for the middle class, because I think this is actually the Idea : expand the market, lower the prices, SELL MORE. We'll See!

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT IT?

The pinnacle luxury performance SUV.

EXP 9 F represents the chance to take Bentley values of design, craftsmanship and engineering excellence to a new level. Bentley’s experience with the all-wheel drive Continental range makes the concept of a Bentley SUV a natural progression.
From a designer’s perspective, EXP 9 F was a dream project, the chance to create a completely new type of Bentley. From the very beginning, the design team had a clear vision for the new Bentley SUV, as Dirk van Braeckel, Director of Design, explains:
“EXP 9 F had to represent the absolute pinnacle of the sport utility sector, setting a new benchmark for this type of vehicle. The style had to reflect Bentley’s sporting character despite its radically different package and purpose together with sculptured, flowing surfaces in keeping with the Bentley tradition.”
